Billing Policies

Rides are billed to the customer’s credit card. DLN Companies Inc. Transportation & Concierge Service accept the following: American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard, and Visa. Using a debit card to secure this reservation may result in an authorization hold on your bank funds over the estimated service amount. Please contact DLN Companies Transportation & Concierge Service directly with questions concerning our debit card authorization practice.

Stop, wait time, and any holiday surcharges may also be charged if applicable.

Any applicable additional charges (tolls, taxes, parking, fuel surcharge, etc.) will be itemized on your receipt. A $6.00 admin fee is added to each booking.

All published rates are subject to change without notice.

Baggage Claim Meet & Greet is available for an additional $35

All Private Jet arrivals have a three-hour minimum charge.

For Airport Car Service 

A 3% fuel charge might be applied to the base fare, based upon distance. A 7% STC and a $5.00 AF charge applies to all services.

The hourly rate begins when the vehicle leaves the garage and ends upon its return to the garage. Train and bus schedules cannot be monitored; therefore, billing begins at the scheduled pick-up time.

Following state and federal laws, parents and guardians of children traveling in DLN Companies Transportation & Concierge Service  

 vehicles are responsible for installing child safety seats.

DLN Companies Transportation & Concierge Service  

 shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, and breakdowns. DLN Companies Transportation & Concierge Service  

assume no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.

COMPLIMENTARY WAIT POLICY:

Airport waiting time policy: Passengers arriving on domestic or international flights will have a thirty (30) minute grace period from the airlines recorded landing time; There is a $25.00 charge for every five (10) minutes of waiting time after the grace period elapses billed to the hour.

NON-AIRPORT TRANSFER:

Customers who would like to add additional stops must purchase a minimum 2-hour Hourly Charter, *Credit Card Must Be On File*

with DLN Companies Inc. in case overtime occurs, you will be charged the full amount of a 2- hour Hourly Charter. 

FRAUD PREVENTION:

All customers are required to present a photo ID to match the credit card on file. If the card holder will not be present, then a credit card authorization form must be filled out and submitted before the service are rendered at dlnrides@gmail.com

 NON-REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATION POLICIES: All Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations will result in a full charge. Sedan and SUV reservations must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. For Vans, Minibuses, Motor Coaches, and stretch limos, reservations must be canceled 15 days in advance. To request a cancellation please email us at dlnrides@gmail.com to avoid a full charge plus 20%. Please allow 5-7 days for the charges to process.

LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOWS & CHAUFFEUR ONSITE CANCELLATIONS POLICIES: Subject to the full-service fee plus any applicable wait time charges. All deposits are applied toward the total balance due. Please call us if you don’t see your chauffeur at your location. 202-374-8044

TERMINATIONS "DLN Companies Transportation & Concierge Service" reserves the right to terminate immediately any booking for all parties if it is discovered, observed, or suspected that any of the passengers aboard have any illegal substance or perform any illicit activity. There will be no refund or compensation for canceled bookings because of illicit activities or negligence by the customer or his/her guests.
